2.during production:we will send photos of machines during making.so you will know more

details about the procession of making your machines. 

3.before shipping: we will take delivery photos and confirm the specification of orders to

avoid the mistake. Machine will be adjusted before it is delivered.

4.after shipping: we will send out the documents for your customs clearance ASAP. check

the approximate date of arrival. 

5.after arrival: we will confirm with you if machine is in good condition to see if any spare

 parts missing .

6.about teaching:  there are some manual and video about how to use machine , if you have 

question about it . we have professional technicist to help you install and teach how to use

 through skyp ,calling, video or mail.

7. about warranty: we offer one year warranty for whole machine and half year warranty for

spindle.  if any parts of our machine is broken. we will replace it for free.

1. how should i pay for my order ? what is the procession of this purchase ?
we accept T/T, Western Union, paypal, Escrow,Trade assurance and so on.

if TT by bank,you can do 30% prepayment at first,then we'll start to make production.

when the machine is ready,we will take picture to you,  then you can do the ballance.

after we got your payment. we will send the machine to you.

2. how about your service after sales ?can your engineer speak fluent english?
 we offer the service from you got the machine,including how to install the machine,

 how to use machine.how to let machine work. and so on.  usually we will teach you 

how to do by email or by skype .our engineer has many years of experience for cnc 

machine service.he can speak very good english,so he can slove the problem in short

time.

For standard machines, it would be in  7-10 days;
